In 2019 I completed the diploma to become a certified dyslexia trainer. For questions, I could reach a staff member at any time. The submitted assignments were always marked and time was taken for revision. After completing it, I have already tested many children and everything went smoothly. The website is very well structured. I would like to highlight once again the personal contact for questions or difficulties. Responses come directly via chat, but a staff member is also always reachable by phone.
On my path to becoming a certified dyslexia trainer at ADA, I always felt very well advised, guided, supported, and looked after. Open and respectful communication from all staff is an extremely important building block within the program and beyond. Diverse advanced training offerings with high standards are accessible at any time. After my teacher training and during my parental leave, I really wanted to dive deeper into the topics of dyslexia and dyscalculia. That's how I came across ADA and was immediately thrilled that it's a 'real' certificate program where you can learn, test, and train completely at your own pace and self-directed. From registration to the delivery of the diploma certificates, everything went smoothly. The accompanying Facebook group is wonderful — you can ask questions, exchange ideas, and always get quick, competent, and friendly help. The open concept of the AFS method convinces me, and I'm very happy to be able to use the AFS test and the material for supporting children. The customer center with its diverse materials supports my daily work excellently. I also think it's important that ADA ensures interested parties already have pedagogical training. I look forward to the subscription continuing education and to exchanging with colleagues. I gladly recommend ADA and the training!

The individual building blocks are well thought out and easy to work through. The certificate program leaves plenty of room for family, work, and continuing education. Finally I can give my students the right kind of help. For me it was and is the perfect solution to advance alongside my job.
When working with children, you notice more and more that the simplest skills are no longer developing properly. For training with the children, good tips and training programs are provided. In some areas I still need to develop further and learn more, but the problem is increasingly evident. It's a shame it's still not so well recognized in Germany.

The test evaluations are clear and easy to understand. The expert opinion template makes the otherwise often laborious work good and quick to do. The flow of the certificate program was very well organized from the start. No matter what question came up, it was always answered to my complete satisfaction by one of the friendly customer center staff via email by the following day at the latest. Both the theoretical and the practical part of the studies are well thought out and provide more than enough aids and working materials for success. With the knowledge I have now acquired and the ability to call on ADA's help at any time, I feel best prepared to optimally meet the practical demands my students will place on me.
I personally found the entire package flawless — the books (modules 1-4) as well as the required reading books were very easy to understand and very comprehensive! I received the diploma as a dyslexia trainer in 2018. I was very satisfied with the organization of the online course and the quick response to questions. I still happily use the AFS test and the exercise materials for sensory perceptions.
