Great program
It was a lot of fun and provides plenty of inspiration even for working with children who don't have dyslexia or dyscalculia.

It was a lot of fun and provides plenty of inspiration even for working with children who don't have dyslexia or dyscalculia.
A program that's easy to apply for dyslexics! I offer dyslexia training in my occupational therapy practice as a private-pay service!
The ADA course on dyslexia trainer and dyscalculia trainer conveys a great breadth of knowledge and — despite the distance learning format — gives the developing dyslexia trainer or dyscalculia trainer confidence. Very intensive support from the study advisor secures the success of the course. The practical part is not neglected either, and despite a not directly personal contact with the study advisor it is very doable, with the result that you become more and more confident in practice. I can recommend this course to anyone who wants to expand and deepen their knowledge in the field of dyslexia/dyscalculia, who is open to new training methods, who has good self-discipline, and who wants to expand their repertoire of experience and knowledge for their training charges.
Manageable timeframe, easy-to-understand materials, easy to do with prior knowledge.
A well-organized course with maximum flexibility and clear learning content that you can quickly put to use in your work.
It is incredibly nice to be able to organize your time yourself. Unfortunately I am prone to overlooking that and letting myself drift too much. A little time pressure wouldn't hurt.
The course was a lot of fun. All the materials arrived on time, even abroad. Someone was always reachable by email when I had questions. Everything really was top!
+ Structure of the written modules + Timeframe + Literature recommendations + Discounted prices for literature in the online shop + Price and value + Practical assignments + Support during the course + Personal customer center + Continuing-education options after graduation + ECTS credits.
> Outstanding materials > Helpful forum > Optimal range of tools and links > Flexible scheduling. A course that I enjoyed and that was stress-free.
Great material for reading and self-study. With flexible scheduling, nice and always-helpful cooperation partners at the information center. Great online test — I am thoroughly convinced and enthusiastic about it. The club for members is very informative, so you always stay up to date. The online continuing-education offerings are highly recommended. All in all I had a suuuuuper lovely time in this course with very many new experiences. Highly recommended if you can work independently.
The certification as a dyscalculia trainer helped me a great deal. The materials are well structured and easy to read. The practical share is very important and provides extra confidence when it comes to the content of the support work. You always feel you are part of a big community with the same goals. Please keep it up! I've now discovered the continuing-education offerings and will soon do something there for myself. Many thanks.
Clear materials, flexible scheduling, easy to manage alongside the job.
I successfully completed my course 9 years ago and have been a member of the association ever since. I can only say 'thank you' — I feel comprehensively looked after by the association. Thanks to my solid training I work happily every day as a trainer in the areas of reading and writing difficulties, dyscalculia and dyslexia, and thanks to the continuing-education offerings available online through ADA, I always feel up to date. Thanks! 5 stars!!!!
Alongside my full-time job as an occupational therapist, I decided to take this course and got along very well with the scheduling. The modules are very clearly designed and easy to follow. The required reading helps with any uncertainties or provides concrete case studies. In my opinion, the practical part was the biggest challenge. During the course, however, I always had very kind and helpful contact with the association. I can only recommend it — demand for dyslexia/dyscalculia training is enormous.
This course is a course of the first class. The materials are extensive and clearly presented. There is plenty of additional reading that makes the course even easier. I completed the course in 2009 and built up a large client base within a year. The AFS test is particularly in demand among young adults when it comes to a driver's license or vocational training. I can only recommend the certified dyslexia trainer course... but it shouldn't be taken alone — go straight on to the certified dyscalculia trainer course afterwards.
I would take the dyscalculia trainer course again any time. Whenever you had questions you always got competent answers. In the forum you get good suggestions. The content of the training is practical.
Advice, support and learning material were excellent. With questions about the course or the professional field I was always very well informed.
Great course, understandable and well structured. ECTS credits were fully recognized for my BEd.
There is super cooperation with the course team and very good study materials. I can integrate everything excellently into my everyday teaching.
The course is well built up, structured and organized. Thanks to the home-study format, learners can organize all their assignments independently. With questions, the team is always quickly available.
