Through this course I received valuable inspiration for my work as a German teacher. The materials were prepared in a clear and structured way. The corresponding exam questions were appropriate and could be answered confidently once you had engaged with the topic. The practical part was also very feasible, since you were guided in a targeted way. It was helpful that during the course questions about specific students could be asked, and were answered immediately. Thank you! The instructions for creating text analyses were nuanced and have become indispensable in my pedagogical work. The course made it possible for me to lead several students with severe dyslexia to school-leaving qualifications in German. I found and still find the AFS test highly usable, although the corresponding support plan is to be regarded only as a framework. Requests and orders are processed immediately in the customer center. Since because of the geographic distance I can only attend professional conferences to a limited extent, it's a successful alternative that the lectures can be read online. Overall I can only recommend every German teacher to complete this course. The complex preparation of the topic offers a foundational overview on the basis of which one's own classroom work becomes more successful.
The training as a certified dyslexia trainer was very informative, interesting, and rewarding. The knowledge I gained and the diverse exercises help me not only in my daily work but also accompany me in dealing with my own children. It's a good feeling to be able to advise, support, and help children, their parents, and affected adults.

I can only recommend the certification as a dyslexia and dyscalculia trainer. The theory is very clearly structured, the tests were challenging but doable if you've engaged thoroughly with the topic. In the practical part you got a good insight into working with children. In any case you can learn lots of new things here. Two thumbs up!

Registration went without problems. When the materials were sent, one document was sent twice and another was missing. (These things happen!) After a phone call, the missing document was sent right away. With questions about the program I was helped promptly. The materials and descriptions for the course were clear and self-explanatory. Evaluation of my written work was done very quickly. I was thoroughly satisfied — this is exactly how I imagined a distance course: working from home, scheduling according to my own possibilities, online exams, contact persons for questions, personal initiative (finding test subjects), a good final paper as a summary of what was learned in theory and practice.
The modules build very well on each other, are understandable, and are absolutely suited to self-study. The supplementary materials are extensive, helpful, and supportive in the work. An extensive list of books and links offers a wealth of materials and background knowledge — ideal for further work!
