I completed both my courses to become a certified dyscalculia and dyslexia trainer here. I was always satisfied and could ask questions at any time when something was unclear or I had problems. The training is very interesting and varied. The learning content is practice-oriented. With access to worksheets, you can also immediately put what you've learned into practice.
You can schedule your time yourself, very interesting and comprehensive subject matter. Finally I can better understand my dyslexic daughter and help her, as well as others affected. It's really fun and I'm happy about every bit of progress.
I don't even know where to start. This certificate program is just super flexible. You can freely schedule your time and access the materials online. No matter what questions I had, they were all answered quickly and very kindly by the customer center! I felt very well looked after! It was a lot of fun!

A big plus for me was the personally adjusted learning pace. I also felt well supported the entire time. For questions I could get in touch at any time and received answers within a short time. I also like the open method. This way I can work very individually and incorporate other methods in combination. I started this program for my daughter's sake. I understand many things much better now and can help her and other children practically much better.
I successfully completed the program and felt well looked after at ADA. Test procedures and materials are easy to handle and available in various versions. It was fun to dive into the topics. By email and on calls, I was always given friendly and competent help. I am very satisfied. The only thing I don't have is a disc drive on my computer. I really wanted to become a dyslexia trainer during my educational leave. ADA documented my online time with support perfectly, so I had an ideal proof for the employment office. The rules for educational leave have become stricter. For me, only a certificate program during educational leave was an option, and I am also very grateful for the webinars offered. The certificate to become a dyslexia trainer was very well structured for me. The content of the workbooks was very understandable. I liked that you were also supposed to read additional specialist books. This way you could deepen your knowledge. The theoretical exam questions were understandable and solvable (if you had read the workbook and the corresponding book). The diploma materials were also very well organized. The 20 mandatory hours in the practical section are personally sufficient for me. The upload of the documents was also top. Customer service was always very friendly on the phone and could give me competent answers to my questions. You could also always reach customer service quickly via online chat. Many thanks for that. I can only recommend this training to anyone and urge many teachers to do such a course.
