Comprehensive training with extensive practical work.
Because I found the books for the four dyslexia trainer modules as gripping as good leisure reading, I went straight on to the certified dyscalculia trainer course afterwards. I never enjoyed studying so much before. And even today I frequently reach for the materials — including the others on the required-reading list — when I'm preparing training sessions, writing an assessment or having particular difficulties with a student.
The course showed me that you can complete a solid training in a very short time — I was thoroughly impressed by the structure of the modules and the specialist literature!

I myself work in afternoon and learning support, and I can apply what I learned every day. You get solid training — not just theoretical knowledge but also many practical examples and presented training materials. So you are well prepared for work as a dyslexia trainer. The materials are clearly designed and easy to follow. The personal study assistant is always available for technical questions; my email queries always got a reply within one or two business days. I also got friendly, competent answers to organizational questions. The price-performance ratio is right, especially the reduced tuition for those who want to add the dyscalculia advanced course.
Unfortunately, I didn't take this training as a certified dyslexia trainer until very late in my career as an early-childhood educator. In kindergarten I always had children with noticeable difficulties. But I didn't know that these were problems with sensory perception. Only after the training did that become clear to me, and I was able to help! The training really ought to be a must for all early-childhood educators, so that children can be supported early enough that the problems don't even emerge at school.
Many topic areas are touched on. Instructive and exciting. Sometimes I wished individual sentences weren't repeated quite so constantly.

The theoretical materials provided are extremely interesting and easy to read thanks to their structure. The repetitions that frequently come up in the books make it easier to stay connected even if you haven't had time to work on your studies for a few weeks. During the practical hours I was very unsure and would have liked a partner who could give a tip during the actual work — maybe someone nearby whose sessions I could observe. Today, after more practical experience, I know how to put the material to much better use.

Excellent and trouble-free, always reachable and helpful — that's how I came to know this program, and that's how I can recommend it. So many children need dyscalculia/dyslexia training, and there are still teachers who feel overwhelmed by the issue!!!!!!!!!!! I have already been able to help many children in elementary school, and even up to grade 7 in secondary schools. It's such a joy to experience the progress together with the children and parents. I got along well with the assignments. The practical portion was no problem either. The only personal difficulty for me was time, meaning that I couldn't get everything done as promptly as I would have liked.
