Always there for you
I'm now in the follow-up dyscalculia course. I previously completed the dyslexia trainer certification with excellent results. The materials are very clearly designed. When questions come up, you get an immediate response. Payment processing is also problem-free; you can check your status anytime regarding completed exams, finished or outstanding payments; during the Covid crisis they immediately reacted and expanded the AFS test to a remote version too! So working as a trainer remained possible — without having to give up an important tool.
Excellent preparation
The program deserves 5 stars. The materials are well structured, the organization along with self-organization guidance is laid out perfectly. The system is reliable. Especially worth highlighting is the 24/7 mentor support. The materials are very well prepared and convey the knowledge you need for practical application. I chose all 3 courses and can recommend this path 100%. Even after finishing, plenty of continuing education is available. The platform and digital offerings have proven themselves especially in these times. Many thanks for the support.
Super great material and good exchange via the customer center
Loved completing all 3 programs. The best part was that I could work at my own pace. Sometimes things moved faster, sometimes I needed more time. The customer center always offers help and answers when something isn't clear. The material is very well prepared and easy to read. The written assignments are also manageable. The practice hours with the children were a bit demanding, but somehow that worked out too. I really enjoyed being a student again. The exchange chat with the other graduates always has good questions and answers. The free practice materials available are really nice and very helpful at the beginning, until you've built up your own material. Lots of variety.
Great course
It's a very good course. The materials are very solid and easy to understand. Everything builds on itself nicely. The practical part is excellent. A worry-free total package.
Dyscalculia trainer training
I completed the dyscalculia trainer training and I'm very satisfied. Well-prepared materials and plenty of practice exercises available. Happy to recommend this training.
Dyscalculia and dyslexia distance course
everything top; well structured, informative, and easy to apply in practice
Dyslexia & dyscalculia training
The training is excellently structured, easy to understand, and well equipped with plenty of working materials for future trainings. I was completely satisfied.
Dyslexia trainer training
The dyslexia trainer training gave me all the basic knowledge I needed. With this knowledge I was able to specialize, become self-employed, and even work as a support teacher at school. I continue to learn every day, can always fall back on what I learned, and feel very well looked after. I haven't found any comparable training path.
I'm very satisfied!
I'm very pleased with ADA's service and I'm now looking forward to my course.
certified dyslexia/dyscalculia trainer
I completed my studies 10 years ago and was already very satisfied back then. There's an extensive offer of ongoing continuing education, which I gladly take advantage of. ADA is a lively association that keeps developing. Keep it up!
Effective and constructive :-)
I started both distance programs in 2011. By 2013 I was finished with both — dyslexia and dyscalculia trainer. I took my time; it was/is wonderfully compatible with family life. The study materials are well structured and sensibly build on each other. You can ask questions through ADA's customer center at any time. For the practical part I found two subjects each, worked intensively with them, including the anamnesis conversation with parents and the AFS test. I was able to put my self-developed worksheets to good use and try them out. The constantly expanded options in the customer center, whether continuing education, AFS test, worksheets, or chat, together form a very good framework for effective and constructive work with students who suffer from dyspraxia. I can highly recommend these ADA distance programs, am fully satisfied, have been working regularly with this platform for the past 9 years, and have recommended it to colleagues. One colleague is starting the program next week. Heartfelt thanks for the very good cooperation. Especially in the current crisis I'm totally thrilled with the support and options that I/we get for our work with students to keep going. Keep it up!!!
It helped me and my clients wonderfully!
My child had dyslexia and the help available was simply far too little. So after my psychology degree I studied at ADA to become a dyslexia trainer — wonderful material, wonderful people, and my goal of helping children has thus been fulfilled. Heartfelt thanks to everyone!
Course as dyslexia and dyscalculia trainer
As an additional qualification it helps me support and accompany the children in class more effectively. But I do think that you can't didactically and methodically support children based only on this course alone. For that you absolutely need additional training in these areas as well. Kind regards
Thank you for your feedback! To be admitted to the certificate program, certain prerequisites must be met. These include being able to demonstrate pedagogical and didactic prior knowledge. As an integration teacher, you should already have these and be familiar with pedagogical-didactic work with children. The certificate program builds on this foundation and provides specialized knowledge about dyslexia and dyscalculia.
Warm regards,
Your Dyslexia Trainer Certificate Program Team
An investment in the future...
I completed my certification back in 2008. Since then I've felt well equipped for the demands of tailored teaching for each student. Without this program I probably would have stuck with simple "German tutoring," which wouldn't have done justice to the actual support needs.
The best program
This program changed my life dramatically. I'm now finally able to pursue my dream of helping children and parents. Thank you so much for the wonderful support during my studies and still today. Kind regards, Axel Marguerite
Excellent training
I'd like to thank ADA warmly for this excellent training and the great support. Working through the individual modules taught me a lot about the topic. The structure is very well organized and learning was a pleasure. The additional books were extremely fascinating and gave even deeper insights. I find it especially meaningful that there's a lot of practical work. I now apply much of the content in my classroom teaching, too. Because not only do dyslexic children benefit from it — all students do. I can wholeheartedly recommend this training!
Educational and holistic material
As a trained occupational therapist I added the qualification as a certified dyslexia trainer 13 years ago. I can only say my expectations were fully met. The study materials gave me a good entry point, overview, and deepening of my existing knowledge. With my well-founded training I've already been able to help many children and adolescents. The methods offered through computer programs and therapy material helped me enormously. I can only recommend this program. Many thanks to the ADA team.
certified dyslexia trainer
I was very satisfied with my certification as a dyslexia trainer! Throughout the program I was always supported very kindly and helpfully by ADA's staff (in Klagenfurt) whenever I had professional questions. Many heartfelt thanks for that! Overall the program gave me a lot of joy that I — alongside the dyslexia knowledge I gained — can now pass on professionally to children and adults, having completed my course in December 2013 with excellent results and additional commendation. A small note: the required reading was quite extensive — in places the focus areas were repeated too often in description, while dyslexia in adults unfortunately came up too short. The issue of dyslexia in adults with a tailored support program (from age 15) was also addressed too briefly. I wish the ADA team continued success. Kind regards, certified dyslexia trainer, Mo. Rafael
Very well-founded training
Very well-founded training in dyslexia, dyscalculia, and learning didactics. Professionally excellent and a very warm, humane perspective on the affected children/teens. A valuable contribution to the "integration" of "disadvantaged children." The difficulty isn't treated as a disability or illness but as a different way the brain is wired. Great, keep going :-)
Dyslexia distance learning
I've already successfully completed the dyslexia program and I'm thrilled at the progress my dyslexic son is making. He's making huge strides and loves the playful training.
